Many founders are hard-working and sincere. They built revenue honestly. They treat staff decently. They are still exposed because sincerity is not a control environment.

The second move is defence: employment audit, contract hygiene, insurance review, access control, documentation, and financial clarity. Survival does not come from optimism. It comes from systems that can be inspected.
